-How to know if my order has been processed correctly?
Shortly after you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number and a summary of the products purchased.
If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours of making your purchase, most often there was an error in the email address you provided. In any case, please contact our Customer Service team through the contact formulary to resolve your problem email.
Please note that orders are shipped 1 or 2 business days after purchase…except for orders placed over the weekend or on a local holiday. In those cases, orders are processed during the next business day. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email, along with the tracking information.
-How can I use a promotional code?
You can enter the promotion code (be sure to type it exactly as it appears) before confirming the order and making the payment, the code will be entered on the payment screen at the end of the purchase process. Only one promo code can be used at a time.
-How can I track my order?
Access your shipping confirmation email to track your package and check the delivery status. There should be a link in the email directing you to the carrier's website, where you can get the updated status of your order. If you entered your phone number when buying the product, an SMS will also be sent with the tracking number of the package.

-If an item is out of stock, when can I buy it?
We are sorry that the item you want is out of stock.
We try to have stock, but being handmade products, it is a process that takes longer than usual. There is the possibility of making the shoes on request. If you contact us by filling in the contact formulary with the name of the model and size, we will try to give you an estimate of when it can be back in stock or if we can make it to order.
La mejor manera de estar al día sobre los artículos deseados es utilizar la función “Notifíqueme cuando vuelva a estar en stock” que aparece por la diferencia tallas de cada producto agotado. Si seleccionas esta función, te enviaremos una notificación por correo electrónico si el producto vuelve a estar en stock o es devuelto por otro cliente.
-I have a problem with my order. What I can do?
Don'tworry! For issues related to purchases, such as: order status, changes in the delivery address, errors when placing the order, wrong products, defective items, partial deliveries, etc., please use our contact formulary so we can help you.
Please note that once your package has left our warehouse we cannot guarantee a successful change of delivery address should you wish to do so. If the change is requested and processed before your order has shipped, a change to the delivery address is possible.
